Returns and refunds

30-day returns on unused items

Changed your mind? You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send you the return address. You pay the return shipping. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct for it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, at our cost. If we need the item back, we pay for the return shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue them within 5 business days of approving your claim. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Orders that do not arrive

If your order has not arrived 15 business days after you placed it, email us. We will trace it and either send a replacement or refund you in full.
